Everyone in Bath had hopes and plans for Edward Thache. Colonel Eden figured a pirate’s ship could be useful to the citizens. And other local lawmen, even his Ocracoke crew, had ideas of how things should run.

This book of the Saunters being able to transport to the past and back is wonderfully written. I fell in love with Blackbeard. I had tears knowing he will die. I wanted Saunters to take him and his family to the future to save them all.
