What readers say about the book🧐

This is a short book long on vey worthwhile values and techniques for athletes and others in competitive and challenging situations. We all would benefit from breathing and mindfulness exercises tailored to our own situation. The book is also a nice tribute to how a relationship between a parent and child based on love and mutual respect can be very productive for both as well as a recognition of how immigration of not only people but other cultures enriches ours.
