I think kids are going to love this book. The illustrations are fantastic and the story is engaging. I think the kids are also going to love the silly names of the characters like Sally Strudel and Ricky Rock-a-Doodle. It's rhythmic, it's fun, and it tells a good story. It reminds me a little bit of Dr Seuss. That itself is an ingredient for success.
